Many of our products are made-to-order, so please allow 1-7 business days for orders to be processed. Orders may be sent out separately as production times vary. For example, you may get your art prints delivered in one delivery and your apparel or mugs in another.
Once your orders have shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- US Domestic: 5-10 Business days
The Art Snob isn’t responsible for packages once accepted for delivery or marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered, but you have not received it, it is up to the customer to contact their local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and investigate the missing package.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email when available.
When some orders are sent, it may take a couple of days for the tracking number to be attached to your order. Please be patient; your confirmation email should update the available tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or exchanges at this time - Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
We want you to love all your items from The Art Snob. If you receive a defective item, please contact: email@example.com within three days. Include 1-3 photos of the faulty product. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue for you.
